For every property for which you sign an authority form with multilist.com® client, you will receive one entry, up to a maximum of 10 properties (being a maximum of 10 entries).
Signing an authority form and agreeing to multilist.com® client managing your rental property (and, consequently, participation in this Competition) is subject to the terms and conditions which you agreed to upon signing the authority.
If, for any reason, in accordance with applicable law, you terminate your authority with the multilist.com® client at any time during the Competition Period or before prizes are awarded, you will forfeit any right to a prize and your entry will no longer be valid.

For the avoidance of doubt, you will receive an email confirming when your Landlord has entered the competition, meaning that you have received an entry into the competition.
You must only provide the contact information of your landlord if they have given their implied or express consent to receive an email from the Promoter about the competition.

There will be 4 winners determined in respect of this Competition - 1 Landlord winner and 3 Tenant winners.
There will be 2 draws conducted - 1 for Landlords and 1 for Tenants.
All valid entries will be allocated a number and then the winning number will be drawn by randomly by [insert] commencing at 12pm (AEDT) on {TBC}.
The first valid entry drawn randomly in the Landlord draw from the Landlord entries received during the Competition Period will win the Landlord prize.
The first valid entry drawn randomly in the Tenant draw from the Tenant entries received during the Competition Period will win the Tenant major prize. The next two valid entries randomly drawn in each Tenant draw will win a Tenant minor prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
There are 4 prizes available, 1 Landlord prize and 3 Tenant prizes.
The Landlord prize is $250,000.
The Tenant major prize $36,000 in total.
Each Tenant minor prize is $3,000.
All prizes are awarded in the form of bank transfer, in Australian dollars. For the avoidance of doubt, Tenant prizes will be awarded directly to the Tenant, intended for the purpose of rental payments.
The total Landlord prize pool is $250,000.
The total Tenant prize pool is $42,000.
For the purposes of this Competition, the total prize pool is estimated to be no more than $292,000.
Landlords
Landlords can enter a maximum of 10 times and will receive one entry per property signed with a multilist.com® client as per the entry criteria as set out above. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Tenants
Individual Tenants will receive a maximum of one entry per lease held. Up to 4 Tenants may enter per lease, provided they meet the entry criteria as set out above. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence published at multilist.com on {TBC} for a period of 28 days from the end of the Competition Period.
Landlords
Landlords must keep the following as proof of eligibility for all entries:
Failure to produce the above proof of eligibility for all entries on request may disqualify all your entries and your right to any prize.
Proof of eligibility must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of eligibility with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Tenants

If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can’t contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out unclaimed prize draw/s (as relevant) at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants.
Any winner/s will be informed by phone and in writing within two days of determination and will have their name and state/territory of residence published at multilist.com on the day of the draw for a period of 28 days.
If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.

The Promoter and Service Provider will use your personal information to conduct and manage the competition. By entering, you consent to the Promoter and Service Provider keeping your personal information on its database to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting you by electronic messaging provided that where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoter/Service Provider includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends you that you may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth). These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined in the table above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. To enter the Competition, you must meet all of the entry requirements to enter the Competition as set out in the table above. You warrant and represent to the Promoter that you meet all of the entry requirements.
Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
Entries that are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid and will be ineligible to win.
Prizes will only be awarded to the person named on entry, subject to their entry complying with these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of identity or proof of residency at the address specified in their submission in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification and residency is at the absolute discretion of Promoter. Ift a Winner cannot provide proof of identification and residency to the satisfaction of the Promoter, the Winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
As a condition of entering this Competition, you agree to provide personal information to Promoter. Personal information collected during the course of this Competition will be used and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy including for the following purposes:

The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
F. By entering, you request that your full address not be published.
G. If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, government directives, pandemic, public health orders, force majeure and the like, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
H. The Promoter and Service Provider are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this competition results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, modify or cancel the Competition and may administer this Competition in the manner that it considers appropriate in accordance with Australian law, including where the Competition is not capable of running as planned, such as where there has been infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other matters beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition.
J. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry that has, or is suspected by the Promoter to have:
A. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter, Service Provider and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).

Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter, Service Provider and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s. Unless otherwise specified, prize/s will only be delivered to bank accounts in Australia and in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF).
D. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability.
A. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed under the laws of Victoria and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and its appellate courts.
B. Failure by Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
